I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my son and didn’t have the patience for a whole drawn-out return process. Thankfully, it was actually really simple. The exchange went through fast, and I got the right size without a bunch of annoying back and forth. Happy with how it worked out and I’d order again.

"Inventory needs to be updated better"
I ordered a pair of shoes that showed as in stock online, then later got an email saying they actually didn’t have them. This has happened to me twice now... the site makes it seem like you can buy the size you need, but the inventory clearly isn’t updated right. I did get my refund, so that part was fine, but it’s still really annoying when you think you finally found the shoes in your size.

These shoes definitely fit smaller than I expected. Oops. I ended up having to exchange them once for a better size, which was a little annoying. Overall, just keep in mind you may need to size up.

I stopped in looking for a specific item and they had exactly what I needed. You know how nice it is when you don’t have to run around to a bunch of different places, so I was happy with the visit.

"Wrong shoes, slow fix, and changing terms made it worse"
I ordered a pair of black sneakers in my usual size, but what showed up was a totally different color and a half size too big. The packing slip on the box had the right info, so I don’t know how that even happens. Customer service was polite, but it took way too long to get everything sorted out. I had to send them back and wait around, which was really frustrating because I needed them for work. On top of that, it felt like the return/exchange terms kept changing depending on who I talked to, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I probably won’t order from them online again.

"Didn’t hold up like I hoped"
I ordered a pair from Rack Room Shoes and they looked good when they first showed up, so I thought they’d be fine, but after wearing them for just a few weeks the sole started coming loose and the padding inside got flat way faster than I expected, I wasn’t expecting them to last forever or anything but for what I paid they really should’ve held up better.

"Easy rewards, but now I feel stuck"
I usually shop at Rack Room for my kids’ shoes, and the rewards do add up fast. I got money off my last order and it was super easy to use. The only thing is now I kind of feel trapped into going back every time because the discounts make it hard to shop anywhere else.

I had to return a pair of shoes and I wasn’t sure how long the refund would take, or if there’d be some kind of hassle. But it showed up faster than I expected, so maybe I was worrying for nothing. No issues at all.

These shoes showed up really fast , which was a nice surprise . I put them on and they felt comfortable pretty much immediately . I wore them through a full workday and honestly , my feet weren’t aching by the end for once

I grabbed a pair for my son and one for myself, and they were cheaper than I thought they’d be. Quality seems solid so far, and shipping didn’t give me any trouble either. Kinda blaming myself for not checking here sooner, but I’ll probably look here first next time.

"Helpful Visit, Just Wanted Clearer Guidance"
I had a really good visit to Rack Room Shoes. I wasn’t totally sure what size my son needed, and I was kind of expecting clearer instructions on how to figure out the best fit, but the lady working there was really helpful. She took the time to have him try on a few pairs and checked how they fit, even though the store was busy. Checkout was simple too. It was just nice to have someone actually help without making us feel rushed.
